School Office Assistant

Three Ways School is an Academy Trust, operating as a generic Community Special School. Three Ways is divided into 3 departments’ primary, secondary and sixth form, to enable curriculum delivery and expectations that are age appropriate to all pupils. We are currently seeking a School Office Assistant to provide an efficient and effective support to our busy school office. You will need a good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages, especially word and excel, with previous experience of using spreadsheets. You will need to have excellent organisational and communications skills, both oral and written. You will be required to maintain a high degree of confidentiality regarding all aspect of work.
The post is part-time (15 hours per week) term-time only working 8.30am to 4.30pm to include Friday and one other day to be agreed.
The salary range for the posts are SCP 17 – 19 (£18672pa pro rata - £19446pa pro rata) – starting salary will normally be the post minimum (actual starting salary for 15 hours per week term-time only would be £6474pa).
