Three Ways School is a Single Academy Trust, operating as a generic community Special School. The school provides for 214 children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs from age 2 -19 years.
We are looking for someone who has a successful track record of leadership and management at a senior level within education.
Can demonstrate a sound understanding of financial management, as well as excellent staff management skills.
Is an outstanding classroom practitioner with a real passion for working with children with SEN, who can recognise high quality teaching and learning and empower each individual, staff and pupil, to fulfil their potential;
Is a skilled communicator who can liaise effectively with all stakeholders;
Has the vision and drive to work with Governors to look at potential expansion pathways due to an ever increasing number of children and families wishing to access Three Ways School
Has significant SEN experience.

At Three Ways School we have a Supply Register for Teaching Assistants who are looking for casual work. We are currently looking to increase our pool of supply TAs and are looking for resourceful and committed Teaching Assistants. Supply TAs will work on a casual supply basis to cover for staff absences. Appointed candidates may be called at short-notice to provide TA Cover within the School. We require individuals who are adaptable, confident and preferably have experience of working in a school with pupils with special educational needs although training and full induction is given. TAs on our supply register will be paid on hourly rate of approx. £8.70per hour for the actual hours worked. We are ideally looking for people who are flexible and able to cover from 8.30am to 3.30pm and who preferably could come in to cover Absence if called from 7.30am.

For your DBS you will need to bring with you three items of documentary evidence of identity, e.g. driving licence, passport, birth certificate and a utility bill or bank statement less than three months old. Also bring evidence of National Insurance number (payslip may contain it). We will also require evidence of the qualifications you hold Please bring in your original qualification certificates. These documents must be originals - please hand to the office for copying the day of Tour and Interview.
Please note, we cannot guarantee a set amount of cover per week, although in general those on the supply list have been utilised on a regular basis.

Please note, the employment process for supply staff can take 6 – 8 weeks.
We are looking to recruit a cleaner to work within our school. We require 10 hours per week 2 hours per day from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday term-time only.
This is a permanent post at £7.83 per hour.
An enhanced DBS Certificate is required for this post.
