Three Ways School is a generic Special School which provides for 214 children with a wide range of Special
Educational Needs. Three Ways is divided into 3 departments Primary 3yrs - 11yrs; Secondary 11 yrs - 16 yrs;
Sixth Form 16yrs - 19yrs. Three Ways School is an Academy Trust.
We are currently seeking to employ a highly motivated, resourceful and committed Work Experience Support
Worker and Cafe Assistant in our Work Skills Centre/ Café to support pupils with Special Education Needs. As a
Café Support worker and Café Assistant you will support the young people from Three Ways to carry out work
experience in the Café.
You will work alongside the established café team and school staff to develop strategies to help students and
become a full member of the Café team assisting in the daily kitchen duties as required.
The post is part-time to work Monday to Friday with total 25 hours per week. The occasional Saturday or out of
hours work may be required but prior notice will be given.

We are looking to recruit a cleaner to work within our school. We require 10 hours per week 2 hours per day from 3:30pm to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday term-time only.
This is a permanent post at £7.83 per hour.
An enhanced DBS Certificate is required for this post.
